Laura Prepon puts explosive allegations on Ben Foster amid custody feud

Laura Prepon has come up with explosive allegations of "alcohol abuse" against her ex-husband Ben Foster, as their custody battle takes a dramatic turn.

For the unversed, the couple, who tied the knot in 2018, ended their six-year marriage in September this year and are now engaged in a legal battle over the custody of their two children.

Foster requested a temporary custody schedule from the court, citing a lack of agreement between him and his former wife.

Now, responding to her ex’s request for a transient custody schedule during their separation, the 44-year-old actress accused the Mediaeval star of “alcohol abuse,” as per In Touch Weekly.

The same outlet also reported that the Lightning Bug actress asked the court to warn Foster not to drink when he is around their children and even 12 hours before the parenting time.

Prepon also suggested the court consider having a supervisor for his parenting time.

In the legal documents, the star of That ‘90s Show expressed her worries about their kids’ stay with Foster in his high-rise apartment, mentioning that he has a “longstanding history of alcohol abuse” and he frequently “day drinks.”

Notably, Prepon went on to give an example of her 44-year-old ex-partner’s alleged drinking, revealing that Foster “became so inebriated” following the birth of their daughter that he locked himself out of their New York apartment.

He was later found in deep slumber in his undergarments on their residence’s doorsteps.

It is pertinent to mention that the pair, who started dating in 2016, welcomed their first child, Ella, a year before their marriage in 2017, while their son arrived in Feb 2020.
