Tyler Cameron, an American TV personality and model, recently opened up about how he paid the price after sparking controversy by sharing private texts with girlfriend Tate Madden.
While having a conversation with Page Six at the Celsius Padel Classic that took place at Wayne Boich’s padel club in Miami, Florida, Cameron quipped, “I got crushed for that.”
The 31-year-old reality TV star went on to admit that even though he “thought it was funny” to share the conversation with his followers, his act made Madden “unhappy.”
He confessed by saying, “So I paid the price for it, learned my lesson,” emphasising, “Some jokes should be kept inside.”
For the unversed, in November this year, Cameron posted a screenshot of his conversation with his girlfriend, showing how she scolded him for getting ice cream without him.
The Bachelorette alum also added a caption that read, “Don’t go on a sweet treat run without your girlfriend... lesson learned.”
In the text exchange, he asked Madden, “Now you’re mad again?” and she replied, “I just don’t understand why anything fun you do you don’t want to do with me. We’ll go to Riverside. Have a fun night.”
In response, the Good on Paper actor texted, “We’re getting ice cream; are you kidding me? This is a fun moment?"
Now, Cameron told the same outlet that he made amends “in lots of ways,” which included “lots of ice cream trips.”
It is significant to mention that the star of Real Dirty Dancing confirmed his relationship with Madden while doing Amazon Live in September this year, highlighting that they live together in Florida after dating each other for a year
