Suzanne Yankovic reveals how love story began with Weird Al

Suzanne Yankovic’s relationship is still “going strong” with her husband, “Weird Al” Yankovic.

Speaking to Rolling Stone, the musician and comedy actor revealed that he was happier when he got married to Suzanne.

“The [1999 VH1 episode of] Behind The Music made too much of a big deal out of the fact that I was pushing 40 and still single. I wasn’t upset about it at all,” revealed the 65-year-old.

“But when I got married I found I was even happier, and when I had a kid I was even happier, still, added the Grammy-winning song parody artist.

For those unversed, Suzanne and Weird Al first met in their 40s and tied the knot in 2001. The two welcomed their first daughter, Nina, in 2003.
