Jay-Z’s r**e accuser just admitted there might be loopholes in her accusation!

According to TMZ, the plaintiff, who had alleged the music mogul, alongside Sean “Diddy” Combs of r**e, has confessed there might be “some mistakes” in the allegations she made, after breaking silence for the first time since filing the lawsuit.

This has led Jay-Z and his attorney Alex Spiro, to immediately file documents informing the judge of their case about the new advancement in the case.

In the letter obtained by the outlet, Spiro deemed the entire allegation as “a sham” further mentioning, "Basic facts in her narrative -- the who, what, when, and where -- are wrong."

Mentioning how the woman, who filed her case as Jane Doe, "has no single corroborating witness," Spiro also stated how the plaintiff’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, violated court rules as he "almost certainly failed to undertake a reasonable inquiry into the facts before filing the complaint."

Some reported loopholes that have raised eyebrows as to whether Jay-Z is innocent or not are that she mentioned speaking to Benji Madden at the party however Benji clarified that he wasn’t even present in New York at that time.

Jane Doe claimed her father picked her up from the afterparty of the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards, however, he does not remember that.

Also claiming how the “catastrophic event” occurred at Diddy’s house in the Hamptons, there are pictures of both the accused music executives partying at Lotus nightclub, however, those pictures do not account for their whereabouts the entire night.

The accuser has told NBC that she will stand firm by the allegations, insisting that flaws in the story does not mean that the r**e did not occur.
