Royal family has made a big announcement amid Prince Andrew’s new scandal related to national security.
According to a report by the Reuters, a businessman who had forged close links with Prince Andrew and was authorised to act on his behalf to seek investors in China has been banned from Britain on national security grounds.
The 50-year-old man, who has been granted anonymity and is named only as H6, was taken off a flight from Beijing to London in February 2023 and told that Britain intended to ban him from the country. This happened the following month.
Prince Andrew has also released a statement to clear his position.
Amid these reports, the palace has announced that King Charles and Queen Camilla will attend a reception at Waltham Forest Town Hall next Friday, 20th December.
The Majesty Magazine took to X, formerly Twitter handle and shared palace announcement.
It reads, “NEW: The King and Queen will attend a reception at Waltham Forest Town Hall next Friday, 20th December, to celebrate the strong sense of community cohesion in the borough, highlighted by peaceful counter-protests in August 2024 following disorder in other parts of the UK.”
