Ellen DeGenres paid tribute to her late friend Stephen “tWitch” Boss on his death anniversary.

Stephen served as co-executive producer of The Ellen DeGeneres Show after landing a gig as a guest DJ in 2014. He passed away at the age of 40 due to suicide on December 13, 2022.

Now, Ellen took to Instagram on Friday to remember the late dancer and choreographer, writing, “Wherever I am I feel you with me. I love you tWitch.”

It is worth mentioning that following his tragic death, Ellen has often spoken about the impact he had on her life.

In September, she remembered him on what would’ve been his 42nd birthday, saying, “Happy birthday tWitch. I miss you every day.”

Additionally, she paid a heartfelt tribute last year on his first death anniversary, recalling their daily routines after the show.

She said, “I love him so much. I miss him so much. And it's a reminder every single day that you just don't know what people are going through, because he was a happy guy, I thought, and I was really close to him. And he never shared that with me.”

“So, that is sad, that he didn't feel like he could find a way out and share that he was struggling. Because we all would have done anything we could to help him. I miss him every single day but I have amazing memories of him,” Ellen added.
