Margot Robbie would be officially returning to the screens with her film, Wuthering Heights.

Emily Bronte’s classic goth romance novel’s adaptation by Emerald Fennell would be dominating the big screens just in time for 2026’s Valentine’s Day.

The film would be officially released by Warner Bros on February 13, 2024, starring Margot Robbie as Catherine and Saltburn star, Jacob Elordi as Heathcliff.

Fennell along with helming the project, would also be the producer as well as the writer for the screenplay of the 1847 novels, that also has Hong Chau, Alison Oliver and Shazad Latif amongst the cast of the film.

Additionally, Wuthering Heights would also mark the second collaboration that US film and TV studio MRC would have with Fennel as well as Robbie’s production company, LuckyChap.

When Wuthering Heights sparked a bidding war, Netflix offered a whopping 150 million dollars for the film, however the team of the fil accepted Warner Bros’ 80 million dollar offer, opting for full-fledged marketing campaigns and wider theatrical release as their aims.

The Margot Robbie starrer was first announced via Emarald Fennell’s Instagram account in July where she posted a graphic that quoted the book’s wordings, "Be with me always - Take any form - Drive me mad.”
