The Kardashians have a change of plans this Christmas.
Kim Kardashian, 44, revealed on Thursday that the family has decided on a "really lowkey" gathering on December 24 this time around, rather than their usual lavish annual Christmas Eve get-together.
"Just because we have a lot of construction going on, so we're doing a really family intimate one that I'm really excited about," the SKIMS founder spilled to Vogue at the grand opening of her New York City store.
"Still dressing up to the nines, because that's what we do," she added.
The family has had "some legendary Christmas Eve parties" over the years, including an estimated $1.3 million winter wonderland in 2018, a 2022 get-together featuring a Sia performance, as well as the family's latest Christmas Eve bash, which featured an apparent ski-lodge theme.
"They're just beginning," the mom-of-four told the publication of the headline-making festivities. "Our kids love them and now all their friends want to come. It's such a fun tradition."
Those gatherings have been star-studded affairs with attendees like Drake, Christina Aguilera, and Jennifer Lopez besides performers like John Legend, who performed some holiday tunes back in 2018.
