Prince William throws shade at Prince Harry with clever remark

Prince William appeared to have taken a clever dig at his estranged brother Prince Harry amid years-long feud.

In an interview with actress Hannah Waddingham over a game of darts at Alexandra Palace, the Prince of Wales made a thinly veiled swipe at the Duke of Sussex.

Discussing his Earthshot Prize, which is a 10-year project aimed at finding solutions to environmental problems, William said he he doesn't want to "preach" to people about looking after the planet.

The Prince said he likes to focus on "celebrating talent and solutions" rather than lecturing people, saying "I don't want to preach, I want to find solutions."

Sharing the goals behind his project, the husband of Kate Middleton said, "It's about doing it in a slightly different way that doesn't damage what we care about.”

“[I want to] celebrate talent and solutions, rather than telling people 'don't do this or don't do that.’ You've got to be so careful because there's been a lot of that.

"I don't want to preach, I want to find solutions,” William, the Prince of Wales added.

Social media users were quick to point out that William’s comments seem to an indirect remark toward his brother, who has promoted sustainable travel while taking frequent private jet flights.

"Harold [referring to Harry] and wife should take his brother's advice here,” one social media user penned, as per The Mirror, while another added, "Oh the shade..."
