Since 2024 has almost reached to an end, The Weeknd has promised that 2025 will be his year.
On Tuesday, Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, performed at Spotify's Billion Club Live in Los Angeles.
He performed his hit tracks including Starboy, Blinding Lights and Earned It at the show.
Addressing his fans, The Weeknd said, “2024 is almost done but 2025 we've got some new s--- coming up.”
“New album, new tour, new movie, new everything — we're shutting this s--- down,” he added.
However, The Weeknd did not mention any official dates for the announcements to come in 2025.
On the other hand, ahead of his performance of 2015 hit The Hills, Weeknd reflected on the past saying, “you’ve got me back in time.”
He also added about the venue, saying it's been “a while since I've been in a venue like this. Feels like back in the Kiss Land tour, the Trilogy tour.”
Additionally, after his final song Sao Paulo, The Weeknd told his fans, “I'll see you in 2025, it's going to be a big year” as he signed off.
