Ashley Mattingly dead at 33: What happened to playboy model?

Ashley Mattingly, a former Playboy playmate, breathed her last on April 16, 2020, at the age of 33.

As per People magazine, the model took her own life by a gunshot to the head and had left a suicide note - the contents of which have not been made public.

She was found unresponsive in her Taxes home in April after a friend called the police asking for a wellness check because she hadn't been heard from in days.

Her family later revealed that Ashley was struggling with drug addiction and had tried to quit.

However, the investigation into the model's death is still ongoing.

For those unversed, Ashley settled in Austin, Texas, about two years ago.

In 2012, she became a victim of domestic violence after her clip with her ex-boyfriend, Lane Garrison, went viral on social media.
