Meghan Markle hurt as Kate Middleton gets seen for title ‘she loved'

Meghan Markle would reportedly have felt envious of Kate Middleton over her big nomination.

The Princess of Wales, who was a strong contender for Times Person of The Year title, would have drawn the Duchess of Sussex to feel incompetent.

Kate "made international headlines this year and stirred a conversation about privacy and health for public figures,” after her cancer diagnosis.

Speaking on the Daily Mail's Palace Confidential, expert Charlotte Griffith said: "Meghan would have been really jealous. She would have loved to have been nominated for Time Women of the Year."

Prince Harry left the Royal Family back in 2020 alongside wife Meghan Markle and son, Prince Archie. The couple later accused the Royal Family of showcasing racism towards their son and publicly shared their grievances on television. Harry and Meghan now live in California, where they also welcomed their daughter, Princess Lilibet.
