Justin Baldoni's wedding video is making rounds on the internet while he battles sexual harassment accusations in court.
In the video, the director, 40, can be seen at the altar with his bride during their July 2013 nuptials in Corona, California.
“I want to start off my vows to you with an apology,” Justin says to his bride in the clip shared on YouTube.
“I’m sorry for all my faults, my shortcomings, for my insecurities and my ego and for everything that I’ve ever done or said that’s hurt you,” he added. “And everything I’ve ever brought to this relationship that hasn’t been pure.”
“But with that apology also comes a promise. Emily, for the rest of my life, I will cherish you, I will appreciate you, I will listen to you, I will laugh with you, i will take care of you, I will honour you and I will respect you.”
Meanwhile, Emily vowed to "stand strong" by his side, adding that she is “grateful to have a man who will go above and beyond to comfort a friend or to simply make somebody feel loved.”
She continued, “I will stand firm by your side, deeply appreciative to have a man who inspires me and the people around him to live life more fully.”
Justin then concluded their vows, saying, “Let’s jump in together forever,” before they gave each other a high five.
It remains unclear what "faults" and "shortcomings" Justin was referring to. However, the actor-director now faces accusations of causing his It Ends With Us costar Blake Lively "grief, fear, trauma, and extreme anxiety" with his behaviour "behind closed doors."
Blake's complaint includes screenshots of alleged texts and emails between members of Baldoni's team planning the smear campaign.
