Kate Middleton is expected to leave the onlookers bedazzled with her fashion choices this Christmas.
The Princess of Wales, who recently completed her preventative chemotherapy, is set join King Charles and Queen Camilla for the annual Christmas church service.
Predicting the Princess’ attire for the big day, a fashion expert said Kate would opt for an eye-catching “bold” look and will possibly pay tribute to late mother-in-law, Princess Diana.
Speaking with People Magazine, fashion expert Bethan Holt said Kate's outfit is expected to be "bold and celebratory, dubbing Christmas as “huge moment” for the Princess.
"It's going to be such a huge moment because the last time we saw her, before we knew anything about her health issues, was last Christmas,” she said.
"It's almost going to be like a bookend moment on a very difficult time,” the expert added. "Just seeing those interactions as they walk, the cousins all together and seeing the cheeky things they might be getting up to, there's a real sense of them as a unit.”
"It's a glimpse into what they are like behind the scenes as a family. It's a big moment for them in their year. I'm hoping to see something bold and celebratory."
She went on to add Kate might give a nod to the iconic fashion choices of the former Princess of Wales. "It would be fun to see her continue with the nod to Diana, maybe in a tartan coat or in a really bright colour,” Holt said.
"Something jolly, maybe something with a vintage vibe,” the expert said.
Before concluding, she said, "Seeing the royals on Christmas Day is synonymous with a really classic British Christmas, and it simply wouldn't feel like Christmas Day without it."
