Kate Cassidy sends 'love' to 'those carrying grief' this Christmas

Liam Payne 's girlfriend, Kate Cassidy just expressed her feelings of grief this Christmas.

The social media personality, who lost her boyfriend and One Direction alum on October 16, 2024, has broken social media silence once again during the holiday season.

Cassidy, who previously, unveiled a heartfelt tattoo that she got to honour Payne, has now shared a message for her Instagram followers via the app’s Stories feature.

"As the holidays are here, I realise it is a time for happiness and joy, but it is also a time of sadness and grief for so many,” she wrote.

The History crooner’s grieving flame continued, "Be gentle with those around you this time of year, as the holidays can feel different for everyone. Sending all my love to those carrying grief this holiday. I hope the season brings you comfort and peace."

She finished her noted with: "Wishing everyone a love-filled and healthy holiday season this year."

Besides her sentimental note, Cassidy also shared a picture of her tattoo that was comprised of angel wings, seemingly a nod to Payne, since in the tribute that she paid to him after his passing, she wrote their “angel number” of 444 and mentioned that she had "gained a guardian angel.”
