Keanu Reeves makes major confession about resuming ‘John Wick' role

Keanu Reeves is getting candid about John Wick 5.

The 60-year-old actor, while promoting his new movie Sonic The Hedgehog 3, was asked by CBS News about the potential of returning to the John Wick franchise for a fifth film.

“You can never say never," The Matrix star said, adding, “My knees right now are saying ‘I can’t do another John Wick’.”

“So my heart does but I don’t know if my knees can do it,” said Reeves, who have been dating Alexandra Grant since at least 2019.

The actor neither denied nor agreed that he will resume his role. However, Reeves will return as John Wick in the upcoming spin-off film titled Ballerina which stars Ana de Armas in the leading role.

Apart from that, the Knock Knock actor voiced the character of Shadow in Sonic The Hedgehog 3 alongside Ben Schwartz, Idris Elba and Jim Carrey.

Moreover, a fourth film in the franchise has recently been confirmed.

Shadow in Sonic The Hedgehog 4 will be released some time in Spring 2027.
