Princess Diana's brother visits her grave

Princess Diana's brother, Charles Spencer, visited her grave on Christmas Eve, according to GB News.

GB News reported that the photos shared by Earl Spencer on Instagram shows a grand black bench beneath Diana's memorial at Althorp House, where the siblings grew up together.

In the caption accompanying the image, he wrote, "My favourite bench - good place to sit on Christmas Eve during a quiet moment." 

According to the news outlet, Princess Diana's final resting place lies on an island in the middle of Oval Lake at Althorp House.

It said Diana was to be buried in the Spencer family vault in Great Brington but Charles Spencer chose to change her final resting spot to ensure her privacy.

The  burial place of Prince William and Prince Harry's mother is accessible only by boat to close family and friends.
