Jamie Foxx is planning to press charges against the person who threw glass at his face at Beverly Hills restaurant.

For the unversed, on December 13, the 57-year-old actor was enjoying his birthday dinner with his daughters Corinne and Anelise and his ex Kristin Grannis at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hill, California when he was allegedly involved in an altercation.

He got injured and required stitches after getting hit in the face with a glass.

Now a source tipped TMZ that the Oscar-winning Ray actor is “fully cooperating with the investigation” and “wants to press charges so this type of incident does not happen to others”.

Police have not yet arrested anyone in connection with the incident, according to the outlet.

Moreover, the authorities have also received video evidence from the upscale establishment from the evening of the incident.

However, the case is said to be under investigation as police are still conducting interviews and evidence.

Furthermore, Dailymail.com has reached out to the Not Another Church Movie actor’s representatives for further comment on this story.
