Hannah Berner set the record straight after she joked about Blake Lively amid the actress's lawsuit against Justin Baldoni.
In Netflix's Torching 2024: A Roast of the Year, which was released on December 27, the comedian cracked jokes in her three-minute gig on the headling celebrities of 2024, including Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly's breakup, Ellen DeGeneres' move overseas, Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's relationship and many more.
In the special, she quipped about Lively. "The word 'c***' was trending this year. I don't think Blake Lively was that bad."
The zinger came after Lively's recent legal move against her It Ends With Us director-costar Baldoni.
Looking at the sensitivity of Lively's current situation the comedian clarified her side revealing that the comedy sketch was recorded on Tuesday, December 17 before Lively's filling.
"My joke in the Netflix roast was filmed before news of the [complaint]. To be 100 percent clear, I support Blake xoxo," Berner shared on her Instagram Stories.
For those unversed, Blake Lively has recently accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and running a social media smear campaign against her.
