Prince Harry recently said that he has no intention of gaining back to the United Kingdom.
During a talk in New York, he also laughed off rumors about his split with Meghan Markle.
The Duke of Sussex and his wife Meghan Markle stepped down from their royal duties to settle in the United States.
The couple continues to remain in the headlines and media discussions about their future plans..
Speaking to GB News, a royal expert said that could cause "absolute havoc" for King Charles during the duke's trial against News Group Newspapers in January 2025.
According to the news outlet, Royal Commentator Richard Fitzwilliams said that many members of the Royal Family are "nervously" awaiting Harry's solo return to the UK.
Harry, the younger son of King Charles, is suing the publisher of the Sun and the now-defunct News of the World at the High Court in London, alleging NGN unlawfully obtained private information about him from 1996 until 2011.
He is one of two claimants whose cases are still live - after 39 others settled.
Those who have agreed to settle include Spice Girl Melanie Brown, former BBC executive Alan Yentob, "Game of Thrones" actor Alfie Allen, Ted Beckham, the father of former England soccer captain David Beckham, and Queen Camilla's nephew, Ben Elliot.
The royal commentator said that the Duke of Sussex could create problems if in what he called a sensational trial he levels allegations against King Charles.
"The trial will be sensational just like his last appearance in the witness box was sensational," he said.
"If Harry were to say something in court that he said the King said to him, whether or not the King actually did, it would cause absolute havoc.
"Whilst Harry has two court cases outstanding continuing, it appears there is nervousness about what he might say when under cross examinations or to his solicitors that might involve the monarch."
