During the Christmas Day walkabout at Sandringham, members of royal family received tons of gifts from the crowd.
Prince and Princess of Wales along with their kids Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6 delighted royal fans after the church service.
While the gifts ranging from chocolates to soft toys brought joy to them, the question is whether the children are allowed to keep them.
According to HELLO! Magazine, there are very strict rules around what members of the royal family can do with their presents.
The outlet shared that the official gifts automatically become part of Royal Collection and are displayed or used for official purposes.
However, personal gifts such as flowers, food items, books, and items that are under £150 may be kept if they meet specific criteria.
Prince William and Kate Middleton's kids received a lot of gifts during their interaction with the crowd. At one specific point Charlotte struggled to carry the gifts and even had to ask her father to help.
