Madelyn Cline breaks silence on her split from Pete Davidson

Madelyn Cline has finally broken the silence on her breakup with her ex-boyfriend, Pete Davidson.

When she asked what it was like to be involved with someone whose romantic life is constantly followed by the internet, the 26-year-old actress replied, “The jokes write themselves.”

In NYLON’s annual It Girl issue, Madelyin confirmed that she and Pete parted always earlier this year.

In September 2023, Us Weekly revealed that the Outer Banks actress and the Fast X actor were romantically involved.

As per the insider, the exes “grew close fairly quickly” and wanted to stay out of their relationship from the limelight because they “assumed there would be a whole frenzy surrounding” it.

“[Madelyn and Pete] had hoped to remain low-key for a while, especially because Madelyn is a really private person,” the confidant said. “But they’ve spent a lot of time together and have built a strong bond in a short period of time.”

For those unversed, Madelyn and Pete offically called it quits in July 2024 after 10 months of dating.
