Nikki Glaser has opened up about appearing as the first solo female host in upcoming Golden Globes 2025.
During an interview with Sunday Morning of CBS, the American standup comedian talked about why she has had to reschedule her plastic surgery procedure.
She began by revealing her surgery plans and said, “So, for January 2025, I was going to possibly have, like, a brow lift or some kind of, like, really invasive surgery that I’ve been, you know, looking into getting.”
Recalling when Glaser received news from her two agents for hosting an upcoming Golden Globes awards ceremony on January 5, 2025.
"And when it's two, you know it's good news, because when it's bad news, they just make one person do it, 'cause no one wants to do that!” the 40-year-old actress continued.
“And they're like, 'So, this operation, is there any way you could push it 'til maybe the second week of January?'"
Moreover, she mentioned her first “ever written” theme song for Someday You'll Die and said, "Honestly, it might be, like, one of the things I'm most proud of in my entire life."
Before concluding, the Trainwreck actress explained why writing song is different for her then comedy and shared, "Everything with joking is, like, I get vulnerable, then I cut it with, like, some kind of line that's like, 'I'm just kidding.'”
For those unversed, Glaser’s second HBO special 2024 Someday You'll Die was nominated for a Grammy, a Gloden Globe and also for an Emmy award.
