Jennifer Lopez 'frustrated' over ongoing property issue with Ben Affleck

Jennifer Lopez is reportedly growing increasingly frustrated with the ongoing connection she shares with Ben Affleck through their $60.8 million Beverly Hills mansion, which has yet to sell.

Lopez has been feeling "stressed and trapped" because the house remains unsold. 

According to InTouch Weekly, Lopez had expected the home to sell quickly especially after she made significant renovations and added personal touches.

However, despite a $64 million offer in September 2024, the deal fell through due to a death in the buyer’s family, and no further offers have been made.

As per Yahoo Entertainment’s claims, one insider shared, “The house is like a noose around her neck, and she feels trapped. She walks around the house and feels all the bad memories. Not even her weird voodoo magic has helped. The place still has imprints of Ben everywhere.”

To those unversed, Lopez and Affleck first met on the set of Gigli and got engaged in 2002, however, they broke up in 2004.

Furthermore, they rekindled their romance in 2021, married in 2022, but Lopez filed for divorce in August 2024.
