LAHORE: Former Federal Law Minister, Dr. Khalid Ranjha Friday said that the observation of Islamabad High Court (IHC) against Pervez Musharraf is not correct, as keeping anyone including judges in habeas corpus is a bail-able offence.
Talking to Geo News at Lahore High Court (LHC) former Federal Law Minister, Khalid Ranjha said that the judiciary is an affected party in Pervez Musharraf case. He said that giving such decisions should be avoided.
He further said that a full court decision should come on the petition of Pervez Musharraf.
