Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens are all set for New Years!

In an exclusive conversation with PEOPLE, the celebrity seven-time Olympic gold medalist revealed her schedule for the holidays amid her NFL star husband’s busy schedule.

“Me and Jonathan were actually talking about it, and I'm like, ‘We'll probably be in bed before the ball drops anyways,’” she explained.

“And he said, ‘Don't worry, I'll get up. I'll set an alarm for 12 so I could kiss you,’” explaining how Owens would be putting in the effort.

Addressing any new year resolutions she might have, Biles stated that she “never really” thinks of anything, saying, “I just try to be the best person that I can be regardless.”

The sweet and audience favourite couple would be spending their time in Chicago this year where Owens is playing for the Chicago Bears.

Despite the sportswoman missing being with her family on Christmas because of her husband’s game on December 26, she mentioned that Owens and her are excited to spend time together.

“This will be the first Christmas that we'll spend alone together as a couple, which is actually really nice," Simone Biles revealed.
