Britney Spears' changes mind about mom Lynne

Britney Spears and her mom Lynne Spears are reportedly trying to bridge the gap in their relationship.

“Lynne has never given up hope, no matter how dark things got she prayed and kept the faith that Britney would let her back into her world and it does appear to have worked. Britney has been softening towards her little by little and the word is she’s promised that they can take a trip together next year, somewhere nice and quiet just the two of them,” a tipster told Life & Style.

“Lynne is overjoyed but folks are telling her to temper it a little and keep her expectations realistic because Britney does tend to change her mind a lot, but Lynne won’t listen. She’s convinced that she’s made real progress,” they added.

The tipster revealed that Lynne took a more laid back approach with Britney this past year and it worked.

They noted that while Lynne “wanted to call Britney and fly to her rescue,” she held herself back and “waited for her to call” and the ”hands-off” approach “worked well.”

“Now Britney feels her mom respects her and isn’t forcing things which she appreciates,” the insider shared. “Lynne dreams of a day when the whole family could come together but for now she’s focusing on one day at a time and just doing all she can to keep the door open with Britney.”

This comes after Britney Spears recently reunited with her youngest son Jayden.
