Angelina Jolie shares emotional message after Brad Pitt divorce finalized

Angelina Jolie posted a heartbreaking message on her social media after settling her divorce from Brad Pitt.

The Oscar winning actress took to her official Instagram account on Thursday to share an emotional post about a country in "critical need."

Instead of focusing on her personal life, Jolie chose to highlight the humanitarian crisis going on in Syria.

The refugee advocate reposted a post by The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) about "five crises in the world one should know in 2025."

"Syria: over 17 million people in need of aid. Syria has been decimated by almost 14 years of conflict, displacement, and economic deterioration,” the post read.

“While the recent change in government brings about a chance of a fresh start, millions still need help, and critical needs continue to be unmet,” it further added.

Previously Jolie has worked before with the NRC in Jordan and Yemen.

It is pertinent to mention that NRC advocates for the dislocated people and their rights.

The post came after Jolie and Pitt reached a divorce settlement after 8 years of filing.

The humanitarian filed for divorce in September 2016 two years after tying the knot with the Wolfs star following their 10 years of relationship.
