Inside Selena Gomez 'close' relationship with stepsister Gracie Elliott Teefey

Selena Gomez has a close relationship with her younger stepsister, Gracie Elliott Teefey, despite the 20-year age gap.

The Calm Down hitmaker paid several tributes to Gracie on Instagram, referring to her as "the best thing in the world" and “my angel on earth.”

Recently, Selena posted a sweet throwback photo of herself with Gracie on Instagram.

“I will forever protect you, help guide you and love you through every single moment in life baby girl," she penned.

For those unversed, Selena’s mother Mandy Teefey welcomed Gracie with the singer's stepfather Brian in 2013. The Rare Beauty founder was 20 years old when Gracie was born.

In November 2019, Gracie joined the singer at the premiere of Disney's Frozen 2 in California.

"Honestly, it was the coolest feeling," Gomez said during an interview on BBC One's music show Sound. "I said to her, 'This is my favorite carpet I have ever done.'"

"Because she's never done any of that and we didn't force her to do that. Everything we do … to keep her safe, but my sister's become very dramatic now. She's all about the dresses, and the glitter,” added the Emilia Perez actress.
