'Pretty Little Liars' star Lucy Hale reflects on three years of sobriety

Lucy Hale is marking three years of sobriety.

On January 2, the Pretty Little Liars actress took to Instagram to reflect on her journey.

Hale posted a screenshot of her sobriety tracker, a picture of herself and a motivational quote from Devi Brown.

In the caption, Hale reflected on her progress saying, “damn. 3 years ago today, I began my journey in remembering who I am. Since then, I’ve experienced moments that can only be described as pure miracles and magic.”

She added further, “I am deeply grateful every day—for the people who have been guiding lights, for a power greater than myself that loves me unconditionally, and for my own perseverance in not giving up. To all of you who have supported my journey, I have felt your love and it means everything to me.”

“If you are struggling or walking a similar path, keep going. Just keep going. You are not alone and the world needs you,” the actress concluded.

Hale received outpouring love and support from fans and friends in the comments section.

Demi Lovato wrote, “so proud of you,” while one user added, “Thank you for being the light that you are.”

“Am so proud of you Lucy I love you,” the third comment read.
