Ever since she left the UK to settle in the United States with husband Prince Harry, Meghan Markle has drawn criticism from a large number of monarchists for sticking to her royal title which is The Duchess of Sussex.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle hold some members of the royal family responsible for their decision to step down as working royals and leave the UK.

The Duke of Sussex publicly said that his family has made absolutely no efforts for reconciliation.

Every time the couple speaks, they are asked by King Charles, Prince William and Kate Middleton's supporters online to drop their titles.

Although Meghan Markle had made a name for herself with her acting before she married into the Windsor family, some British royal experts make people to believe that her marriage to Harry was not out of love for him but for fame and desire to be associated with the royal family.

Her critics try to corroborate their claims by indicating the fact that Meghan Markle still loves to use the title, Duchess of Sussex.

When Meghan recently returned to Instagram, she introduced herself in the bio as Meghan, Duchess of Sussex.

The use of royal title seemed to provide fodder for more attacks on her character. But what was lost on many people was how she concluded the caption that accompanied the trailer for her upcoming Netflix show.

After writing about her upcoming project, the former actress concluded the caption with words "As ever, Meghan".

Keeping in view the scale of criticism against her over the title, one could easily conclude that Meghan Markle meant to send message to her critics that she might be using the title due to her husband but she loves to be who she is.
