Meghan hides what Kate displays, new truth revealed

Meghan Markle has crossed one million followers on Instagram within a couple of days by sharing just two posts after her return to the social media platform.

While it's visible that Oprah Winfrey, Blake Lively and Zoe Saldana liked one of her posts to welcome the royal back to Instagram, the Duchess of Sussex, however, chose not to allow her followers to see how many people liked her posts.

On the other hand, the most popular royal couple, Prince William and Kate Middleton, have not hidden the number of likes their posts receive on Instagram.  

The Prince and Princess of Wales are about to hit 17 million followers on Instagram. 

According to social media experts, the decision to give users the option to hide the number of likes was part of the social media platform's founders' effort to make Instagram a place where users can focus on the content they share and not on the number of likes they receive. The total like count is currently only available to the individual who posted it unless they choose to share it.
