Speaking of their endorsements and product lines, a source told the outlet, “She’s pushing everyone around her very hard to make sure all the orders get out on time.”

The source also added that Kris makes sure “that their marketing strategies are paying off at max levels” at all levels.

Reportedly, during the holidays season there is a sudden surge in momager’s responsibilities as she looks forward to monetizing everything in such times.

“Things have been planned for months,” the source noted and continued, “But she watches the numbers like a hawk.”

In addition to this, the source claimed about her work ethic that “if anything isn’t up to her expectations, she jumps in and changes things to improve.”

“So it’s all very fluid and that means all her employees, including her kids, have to be ready to jump when she says,” the insider declared in conclusion.
