Jennifer Aniston has learnt through years of experience of working out that one popular mantra is actually false.
"No pain, no gain. That's not true at all," Jennifer told People. "You can actually have gain with no pain."
She shared: "I know more, because I've tried it all. And my big takeaway is, 'Boy, you didn't have to hurt your body so much back then. You didn't need to beat yourself up.' "
Sharing that she also once believed in grueling workouts, the Murder Mystery star said: "I always had the message in my brain. You gotta do 45 minutes of cardio, then floor work and then weights."
However, she now knows that workouts can be enjoyed, thanks to her knowledge of low-impact workouts.
"You can actually enjoy your workout, not break your body and have an incredible transformation," she admitted. "In all the workouts I've tried over the years, this one has transformed my body more than any of the others."
Jennifer Aniston made a name for herself through her portrayal of the materialistic yet lovable Rachel Green in popular sitcom Friends.
