Zendaya gives telling response to question about Tom Holland engagement

Zendaya sparked engagement rumors at the 2025 Golden Globes by flashing a huge diamond ring on her ring finger.

Per Amy Kaufman, one Los Angeles Times reporter excitedly showed Zendaya her own engagement ring, and the actress’ response added fuel to the speculation that she and Tom Holland are engaged.

“As Zendaya exited the ballroom, a recently engaged [Los Angeles] Times reporter held up her left ring finger and pointed at it,” Kaufman wrote in her post-Golden Globes coverage.

“The actor responded by flashing her own bling on her left hand, doing a sort of jazz-fingers motions,” she continued.

She added: “‘Are you engaged?’ the Times asked. “She kept showing her ring, smiled coyly and shrugged her shoulders mysteriously.”

Meanwhile, Zendaya once again stole the show at the Golden Globes with her stunning dress and gorgeous look. The Challengers star, who was nominated for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy for the tennis-themed movie, wore a burnt-orange custom Louis Vuitton gown and Bulgari jewelry.

Zendaya and Holland met on the set of 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming. They made their relationship public in 2021 and have kept their relationship mostly private.
