Royal duties won't be among Kate Middleton's top priorities in 2025: report

Kate Middleton won't be able to return to fulltime royal duties this year too, according to a new report.

The report said that the Princess of Wales will have a slow start to the year.

The report, which came just one day before she celebrates her 43rd birthday, will ease into 2025 by taking on a fraction of the public-facing duties that she would typically have on her calendar.

Citing sources Daily Mail reported that the wife of Prince William “simply won’t be going back to work in the same way as before” her cancer diagnosis, which she revealed to the world in March 2024.

The report suggests that the future queen's three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, will remain her top priority this year.

It said currently, the princess’ diary does not include any full-scale foreign tours, and it will be a while before she returns to the royal fold in full — given that her cancer recovery remains on track.

She, however, would continue to appear at key events in the royal calendar, such as the Trooping the Colour ceremony, which is her “number one priority” among royal engagements.
