Deborra-Lee Furness to make first public appearance post Hugh Jackman's relationship update

Deborra-Lee Furness is reportedly preparing to make her first public appearance since her ex-husband, Hugh Jackman went public with his new relationship.

The Australian producer is expected to attend the 2025 Australian Open in Melbourne, sitting courtside with their two children, Oscar and Ava as guests of Emirates during the women’s tennis final.

According to Daily Mail, Furness and Jackman were married for 27 years before announcing their separation in September 2023.

Shortly after their split, Jackman faced speculation about a relationship with American actress Sutton Foster, as per the publication.

This week, the pair confirmed their romance, stepping out hand-in-hand during a date night in Santa Monica, California.

Moreover, sources close to Furness revealed that she feels a sense of closure after Jackman and Foster made their relationship public.

In regards to this, the outlet reported, “Deborra-Lee feels relieved. She trusted her intuition, and now she can fully close this chapter and move on.”

Additionally, Jackman and Foster previously worked together on Broadway in The Music Man in 2022, reportedly bonding over their respective marital challenges before starting a romance after Jackman's separation.

Furthermore, Jackman and Furness announced their split in a joint statement last year, describing their nearly three-decade-long marriage as a “wonderful, loving” journey.
