Meghan Markle could soon get unfortunate news about Netflix lifestyle show

Meghan Markle could face disappointing news soon as experts argue that Netflix should delay the release of her lifestyle show With Love, Meghan.

The show, where Meghan cooks and enjoys gardening with her celebrity pals, was slated to be released on January 15, but experts think it should be postponed given the raging L.A. fires which have left tens of thousands of homes burned and 16 people dead.

UK brand and culture expert Nick Ede told Mail Online: "I think Netflix bosses will be having to make some big decisions as whether to air 'With Love, Meghan' in the next week."

He continued: "With the show being so centered on California life, Los Angeles and Montecito, providing a glimpse into aspirational and inspirational living, I suspect it will be pulled from its current schedule and delayed for at least a few months."

He noted that to air such a show amid such a "tragic and difficult" time would be seen as "insensitive and tone deaf."

He added that With Love, Meghan, can be released later as it’s not a time sensitive show.

Phil further added of Meghan Markle’s Netflix show: "Some critics had already panned it and now it just looks totally out of place. She had a lot riding on it and had been planning for months, if not a couple of years, so it's very unfortunate for her."
