Charsadda: Murder accused killed in session court firing

CHARSADDA: An accused charged in murder case was shot dead by his rival when he was coming to the court of additional district session judge, Charsadda on Thursday.

According to police, accused Shamsur Reheem, resident of Dhagai was coming to the court of Additional District and Session Judge in Charsadda district when his rival Rehat Shah, resident of Tarnab appeared in a flash and allegedly opened indiscriminate fire on him in the Kacheri, killing him on the spot.

The police took prompt action and arrested the accused along with weapon and started investigation.
