The chart-topping singer, actor, and podcast host, Lily Allen, has stepped back from the mic and revealed her replacements following her marriage breakdown.

The 39-year-old who co-hosts Lily Allen’s Miss Me? podcast with her friend Miquita Oliver has taken a break, and singer Mabel, comedian Simon Amstell, and Rizzle Kicks’ Jordan Stephens will be serving as Allen’s substitutes.

The BBC proclaimed that Mabel will “sit in” for the Dreamland star on episodes coming out on January 16 and 20.

While Stephens will co-host episodes on January 23 and 27, Simon will co-host on January 30 and February 3.

Moreover, according to the report of Daily Mail, the Smile crooner’s mental health got much worse after she came back from a holiday to her home in New York last week.

It was reported that she felt “triggered” by thinking about David Harbour being in Brooklyn with another woman while she was at their Brooklyn townhouse.

A source told the same outlet, saying, “It was very painful for Lily to return home. David used to be her saviour and now he’s a trigger for her. Lily settled her kids back into the family home and took them to school for their new term, then flew herself straight to rehab. She went a day earlier than intended as she felt wobbly and desperate to escape.”

It was also shared that “She wants to make sure she’s feeling physically well again so she can be there for her daughters as the best mother she can be.”

"Everyone thinks David is the steady one and Lily is the crazy head-case. But the reality is that Lily was calmer and more grounded than she’s ever been – until she discovered that her marriage was unexpectedly over. She is taking the responsible course of action with a trip to a retreat to get her head straight,” the source stated.

The insider went on to reveal that the Fear hitmaker has checked into an £8,000-a-week trauma treatment centre because she was “close to a nervous breakdown” after her marriage to Stranger Things actor Harbour ended.

For the unversed, Lily Allen and David Harbour started dating in 2019, and they appeared together at the 26th Screen Actors Guild Awards.

It is pertinent to mention that the couple, who got married in Las Vegas on September 7, 2020, and shares a house in Brooklyn, called it quits in December 2024, after Allen’s dating profile was reportedly seen on the app Raya.
