Kate Middleton’s health regimen and eating habits are revealed by an expert.
The Princess of Wales is used to eating healthy food and always picks up slow-burn energy oats for her carbs.
Royal author, Robert Jobson wrote, in his book 'Catherine, The Princess of Wales: “Catherine is said to favour slow-burn energy oats for breakfast and both are light eaters at lunch, enjoying salads and fruits. She also has healthy snacks and once told a child at Great Ormond Street Hospital that she ate a lot of olives.”
He added: "Given her model figure, her sweet tooth is a surprise to some and apparently she loves sticky toffee pudding for dessert.”
Speaking further about Kate and Prince William’s drinking habits, the expert reveals: “Neither of them are big drinkers; William favours a pint of cider over beer and Catherine's aperitif of choice is a gin and tonic."
