Renee Zellweger recalls major wardrobe malfunction at Oscars

Renee Zellweger has opened up about the hilarious wardrobe malfunction at the Oscars.

In an interview with the British Vogue, Zellweger shared a story of wardrobe malfunction after the 2005 Academy Awards.

The Bridget Jones's Diary actress attended the event in a stunning red Carolina Herrera gown.

Zellweger recalled how a "gentleman stepped on the train" on her gown as she walked out from the event.

"I kept walking in the other direction and it ripped it right off my dress from right beneath my booty,” she said.

Zellweger added, "There were parties and things afterwards, but I needed to go home and do a little bit of a costume change.”

Moreover, Zellweger went on to reveal that upon reaching her house she realised that she had forgotten her house keys.

She hilariously revealed, "So I had to climb up the balcony to the second floor and climb in through a little bathroom window in that dress with the hole under my booty."

During the same interview Renee Zellweger also reminisced about her first Oscar look from 1999, where she wore a lilac gown by L'Wren Scott, paired with her signature pixie cut.
