Paul Danans cause of death revealed

British actor Paul Danan has died at the age of 46, his management company said.

Best known for  playing Sol Patrick in the Channel 4 soap opera 'Hollyoaks',  Danan had been due to appear at Warrington Magistrates' Court on Thursday, charged with possessing several bags of cocaine and a "quantity" of cannabis.

Announcing the news on Thursday, Danan's management company said he was "known for his television presence, exceptional talent and unwavering kindness", and had been "a beacon of light to so many".

Danan's cause of death has not been made public but his demise has stirred a debate about the dangers of vaping as an unconfirmed report said he died following lung emergency linked to e-cigs.

Daily Mail reported that Paul Danan had recovered from drug addiction before his death.

The publication reported that he battled demons in his personal life including heartbreak, heroin to vape addictions and money struggles.

Experts believe that when people overdose on drugs like heroin, their breathing can slow or stop, often resulting in death or hypoxia, a condition that occurs when the amount of oxygen reaching the brain decreases.
