DJ Khaled and 50 Cent finally resolve feud

DJ Khaled and 50 Cent, American artists, attended the Mr. October Foundation Celebrity Golf Classic event at Port St. Lucie.

In a video shared to Instagram, the pair could be seen locked in an embrace, leading fans to speculate that their long-standing feud had come to an end.

Cent was spotted meeting several of the guests attending as his brand Sire Spirits was the sponsor for the event.

One of the guests was Khaled, and the pair could be seen gripping each other’s hands before they went in for a hug.

"Nothing but love and respect," he declared.

Fans quickly took to the comments section to give their thoughts on the interaction, as one user wrote, "Wow 50 x DJ Khaled never thought I’d see the day."

Another added, "A psychic could’ve never predicted this.”

Their feud allegedly began when the rap group Cent was a part of got into a conflict with Fat Joe.

One of the members, Tony Yayo, had recalled a negative experience with Khaled in an interview, "I didn’t know nothing about the music business. We beefing with [Fat Joe]. You f*** with Fat Joe, Khaled ain’t f***ing with you. I got my record I’m trying to promote, so they like, ‘Yo, you gotta got to Miami … You gotta go to DJ Khaled.'”

He continued, "[I] go to Khaled to shake his hand — ‘DJ Khaled, get the f--- outta here! I respect Khaled for that ’cause [Fat Joe] is his man … But I did go ’cause this is radio. I don’t understand this sh---, I’m getting out of jail … So I’m like, ‘Yo, f--- you Khaled!’ I swear to God. You can ask him.”

Khaled himself then appeared in an interview and confirmed the story, stating, "I’ve always been somebody that showed love, but when they told me [Yayo] was coming up I was like, ‘Wow.' You know, him and my man don’t get along.”

The producer added, “[Fat Joe] is my brother, for real. I was just saying to myself, ‘This is gonna be hard for me’ because if I would have completely embraced him, I probably wouldn’t have been able to sleep at night. And if I did, I would have called [Fat Joe] immediately like, ‘This is what happened.’ That’s how much I care."
