Working with Meghan Markle has led some members to “long-term therapy.”

The new Vanity Fair article has unveiled shocking details about staff members who worked with the Duchess of Sussex.

Staff members who worked with Meghan on her podcast Archetypes have claimed their experience to be “really, really, really awful.”

The podcast, which aired 12 episodes in 2022 before the partnership with Spotify ended, explored how women are labeled by society.

Despite the success of Archetypes, Spotify reportedly expected more content from the couple, which led to Meghan’s departure in 2023.

However, an inside source shared that Meghan is “constantly playing checkers – I’m not even going to say chess – but she’s just very aware of where everybody is on her board. And when you are not in, you are to be thrown to the wolves at any given moment.”

Moreover the article revealed that other sources shared that they had to take “extended breaks” from work to avoid scrutiny and also had to take “long-term therapy” after working with Meghan.

It is worth mentioning that anyone from Meghan’s team has not officially commented on these claims.
