Saif Ali Khan makes miraculous return home after brutal knife attack

Saif Ali Khan has been discharged from hospital following a surgery in a shocking knife attack at his home last week.

A Bollywood star was stabbed six times in a burglary attempt at his Mumbai residence on Thursday. Saif was rushed to the hospital around 3AM by his son Ibrahim Ali Khan and a house help.

However he underwent surgery and remained hospitalized for several days.

Now, the actor has been discharged from the hospital as he was spotted leaving with a bandaged hand.

In less than a week on Tuesday, Saif left the Mumbai hospital, smiling and waving to cameras.

It is worth mentioning that the suspect, identified as Mohammad Shariful Islam Shehzad, a Bangladeshi national who had been living in Mumbai for the past few months under the name Vijay Das, has been arrested by the police on Sunday.

The actor, famed for his roles in hit films like Race 2 and Cocktail, is a father to four children. He shares Taimur and Jeh with wife Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sara and Ibrahim with ex-wife Amrita Singh.

The shocking incident has left fellow Bollywood celebrities concerned as they have shown their support for Saif's recovery.
