‘Ted Lasso' star hints at possible Season 4

Nick Mohammed, an actor and comedian, recently made a post that fans think could be hinting at a future season for the show Ted Lasso.

Mohammad played the role of Nathan Shelley on the series, and recently posted on his Instagram that he had been busy on a new filming project which led to him delaying his live show Show Pony.

“I know there’ll be a lot of speculation as to why we moved these dates, you know what is it for? I’ll be honest, it is for some filming that I’ve not been able to shift for love [not] money,” he wrote.

The actor added, “I cannot say what that filming is. But it will be announced shortly.”

He went on to joke, “In the meantime, I would really appreciate [it] if people just didn’t speculate as to what they think [the project] might be. Alright? Okay? Because the last thing I want is for people to be going mad.”

Despite his comments, fans began speculating if the project was the next season of Ted Lasso, as one user wrote, "'Please don’t speculate' Holds Believe sign and includes #tedlasso in the caption.”

While another passionately declared, "Do NOT tease like this!!”

It was confirmed in 2024 by People that the show is in talks to return for another season.
