Chris Brown is taking legal action against Warner Bros over the sexual assault allegations made in the docuseries, Chris Brown: A History of Violence.

The 35-year-old singer, in response, sued the company along with Ample LLC for $500 million.

In his recently filed lawsuit, the Under The Influence hitmaker accused them behind the Investigation Discovery series of “libel and intentional infliction of emotional distress through defamatory claims made against him in A History of Violence.”

In the documentary, he was accused of drugging and raping a woman, identified as Jane Doe, Sean “Diddy” Combs’ yacht in December 2020.

Brown denied any wrongdoing and in his defense, he stated that the aged accuser’s claims were “discredited over and over”.

According to the Superhero singer, Jane Doe was “a perpetrator of intimate partner violence and aggressor herself.”

As per the publication, since the beginning of October of 2024, Ample LLC and Warner Brothers were put on notice that they were promoting and publishing false information in their pursuit of likes, clicks, downloads and dollars and to the detriment of Chris Brown.
