‘Superstore' star Lauren Ash gets candid about facing body shaming

Lauren Ash has revealed she was body-shamed when she started losing weight.

In a candid interview with Yahoo Life, the Superstore actress spoke about her weight loss journey.

"The real conversation about my body has not started until I've lost weight. And that has been wild and people have been so angry at me for losing weight, which was not even something that was intentional,” said the 41-year-old actress.

Recently, Lauren dismissed the rumors that she had never undergone surgery to look slimmer.

The Not Dead Yet star took to her Instagram handle and shared that she lost weight because she “removed stress from my life.”

For those unversed, Lauren has been battling with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) since 2022.
