Jeremy Renner, an American actor, is all set to release a memoir called My Next Breath in which he’ll open up about his major snow-plowing accident, according to People.
Coming from Flatiron Books, it is being described as “inspiring” as well as “gripping”.
"Jeremy writes in blistering detail about his accident and the aftermath. This retelling is not merely a gruesome account of what happened to him; it’s a call to action and a forged companionship between reader and author as Jeremy recounts his recovery journey and reflects on the impact of his suffering,” read the synopsis.
It is said to be "a testament to the human spirit and its capacity to endure, evolve and find purpose in the face of unimaginable adversity."
The memoir will capture “the essence of profound transformation, exploring the delicate interplay between vulnerability and strength, despair and hope, redemption and renewal."
Back in January 2023, the Marvel star had gotten run over by a 4,300-lb snowplow, from which he was trying to protect his nephew. Because of the accident, he suffered blunt force trauma and other serious injuries.
Breaking 38 bones in his body, he told Jimmy Fallon during an appearance that "half my face is metal. All the right side of my back is metal."
My Next Breath is set to come out on April 29 and is available to fans for pre-ordering.
